They watch people that come in and out of your trailer. They is no privacy aloud when you live here..
All older people that live in this park also.
They have some many rules you can't live happy.
Super clean and nice neighborhood. Used to be a retirement place so mainly older people.
Find a better place to live..
This is not a place to live if you have children they don't like bikes or toys in yard. The people that run the office are rude.
As far as trailer parks go...clean and upscale.
A lovely setting. We had a truly lovely time in the clubhouse for a special event for one of the guests who was my great-grandmother. A beautifully well too into piano plenty of tables and comfortable chairs afford a beautiful and relaxing venue.
There is no website for this park, and they will never answer the phone. If they don't answer the phone for you, consider yourself lucky because the people running this park have no customer service skills or people skills for that matter! They are extremely rude. They will harass you by leaving passive aggressive notes on your door or they will personally come to your door to harass you verbally. The way they talk to their tenants is completely uncalled for and inappropriate. I bet if they were nicer, people would actually listen to them. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar. I definitely do not recommend this place.
